The first Fest will always hold a fond spot in my heart. Man, was that fun. Last year was great too, but not nearly as intimate as the first. Made a bunch of friends for life at CF1.

Re: Bring that beat back to me again.....

I missed the fun at the first "fest", but someone told me there was one part missing and his name is Mr. Carver :D It was later suggested to remedy this for "fest II" and as I remember someone took it upon themselves and handled it........the details are sketchy, but somehow one of the "new guys" had something to do with it :-k :-k

Re: Bring that beat back to me again.....

A few of us tried... Little did we know, those we were contacting on his behalf didn't seem to pass the offer of joining us along.
Once he posted on eBay, we started contacting him direct, and it all came together.
I had tried MANY times to go through Sunfire, back on 06-07 to get hm involved with the 1st CF... seems the messages never went anywhere.

Hey, we are missing an image here James. I went to look for the photo and I couldn't find it. Called the Wabbit and apparently putfile has been taken over by Twitter. ALL of TNRabbit's photos throughout the forum are gone. *vanished*

He e-mailed them and we'll see what happens. In the meantime, if anybody has a pic of the original gang that attended CF '07, please post here.

Re: Bring that beat back to me again.....

Tom, I just saw that pic on here this morning. I'll have another look and post a link to it. That is the problem wiht places like PutFile and PhotoBucket; they wipe pics over a predetermined period, usually 6 months. That is why they can be free; no long term guarantees your stuff will stick around..

It looks lke their whole site is screwed up... maybe they got hacked, or a server crashed.

I've got about 1500 various photos & videos on Putfile; they've been there for at least 3 or 4 years & I've had no issues until now....I'm going to be HIGHLY disappointed if they dropped them all....

Re: Bring that beat back to me again.....

HOT DAMN!!! And it's not shrunken down either. I gotta get this photo, last year's group photo and actually put it on a real photograph and frame them. Every year, I'll bring the framed photos from each year and we'll put them up for display at CF, along with the banner for all attendees to sign.

Man, does that photo bring up some great memories! =D> \:D/

Thanks Gary :D for all that you did to get them back. So things like this don't happen in the future, screwing up the forum Toymaker is working on a section to put your photos and keep them HERE on this forum so that they are always here and won't be erased.

Looks like the only one's that I missed were Wabbit's son and the madd's. All the rest came for 2008.
