Call the shops you are thinking about using, and ask them exactly what you need to bring them...
They all seem to want something different from what I have seen.

Yes, that would absolutely not be a problem. I do apologize about the mix up. Apparently I somehow mixed up your money for the t-shirts and marked it as a donation to Carverfest. Please accept my apologies corkdust, as it was definitely not intentional. We'll get it straight for you though.

When James and I cross referenced everything from last year, it looks like you had ordered 2 X-large shirts. Is this still correct?

James, when the time comes, can you post a list of confirmed orders and sizes? It might serve to prevent any mixups by allowing time for correction before the actual production.

It'll be in the 1st post of the thread, like it was last year...
What happened last year was, it was a last minute thing that I took on 30 days before leaving FL.
The shirts were delivered THE DAY I left for CarverFest.

This year, there will be a 6 week production period between taking the orders, and me leaving.
Last year was just a huge clusterfuck for me, took on WAY too much, and didn't have the correct amount of time to really do it all.

Not going to happen this year !!!
