Home again--After Carvest 09

Janice and I made it back yesterday afternoon,I know that Jerry and Nikki made it as well.I know this may seem kinda' dumb, but I would like to know that all of my Carver brothers and sisters made it back safely.Please post an "I'm in",or share any interesting stories related to your trip back.George,, over and out.

Thanks to anyone who posted "real time" 'fest info. Perhaps we should all spring for an official "Carverfest roving reporter" who would do interviews, post daily reports on everything going on, etc. at Carverfests. He (or she) would stay at the 'fest and of course have all expenses (including travel!) paid for by the forum. Me, me!; I volunteer for the job next year!

Home safely despite POURING rain from Cherokee on!!!!! I really enjoyed myself and enjoyed meeting both of you!

Yeah, we made it home safe. Oh boy do I have a story to tell. Two actually. Too tired to post right now but I will say this........there is NOTHING more important than experience when it comes to driving.

I hope everybody made it home safe. We sure did enjoy our time there this year. More later folk's.......

CARVERFEST ROCKS!!!

Just got home. Was a very long trip but well worth the travel. CARVERFEST does ROCK!

AWESOME TIME. Next year we will be there for at least a week if not more.

I have seen this somewhere before. Just can't place it... Good for you...

Got home safe and sound despite the driving rain. Hope our Georgia friends are all OK. Over 15 inches of rain in a day in N. Georgia. Had a great time as usual.

Hi all made it home this morning about 2:00am! Eddie!

Pat and I make it back, very late on Monday night, 3 hr delay in Charlotte. No luggage when we landed in Ottawa it got lost.
Hope they find it soon, my Sunfire faceplate that Bob signed was in it, not good.

Now my worst news, my mom had a stroke on Monday around noon. She is in hospital in Montreal on life support, not expected to make it. Off to Montreal now.

I made some great friends at CF09, I was planning on posting to thank everybody, but have more important things to do at the moment.

We got in around 5:30 am this morning after leaving CraverFest at 1:30 pm Monday.
