I was wondering about you, I take it all of the gear made it home safely? You heard anything from Dave yet?

Yup, he's here too. He dropped Roy off around 6:00am, and made a stop in Bradenton, then got home around 11:00 this morning.
We are saving the unpacking for later this evening when it's a little cooler out.

TOM... call me. I NEED to talk to you, I keep getting your VM.

I'm home safe & sound after a travel day in hell. The rain made me late to Ashville & nearly missed my flight. Not to worry though since the fucking rain then caused us to sit in the ground in ashville for 30 minutes.

This is turn put me very close to missing my connecting flight. So close that I missed it. The plane was still there but they woudn'tet me on it (I found out later that once the boarding call is made if you not there they sell your seat).

Put me on another flight 4.75 hours later.

Had a GREAT time seeing all my old friends and meeting some new ones.

Jerry & Nikki, a great couple.

BrianT & Pat another really cool couple all the way from Canada.

Babbit the Wonder dog from hell.

And a really great couple Tom & Tom (THuffman & Beemer714). A very happy gay couple.

Although they are well in the closet one look at their faces when they gazed at my rented Prius removed all doubt.

GAY!

They were well accepted by all the Carverites.

See you next year.

Thanks for the thoughts Jesse and the check-up call last night Tom. It is really a great feeling to know you have friends that care. Of course, I wonder about Y'alls reading comprehension skills as I had about the fifth post in the thread  . Another great time with great friends. Is it next September yet? We need to make sure we have the whole hill booked next year so we don't have to worry about parking or noise complaints from the uninvited invaders to our sanctuary.
